When is a click considered valid? A click is valid only if it is not spam. This means: each click must be followed by watching the 12-second video spot and playing at least one game with the available product/prize cards.
This way, the system ensures that cashback rewards users who are genuinely interested, and not those who click randomly, automatically, or without intent.
Each valid click is automatically tracked and displayed in real time within the Cashback area of your profile.
Once the minimum threshold of €10 is reached, the amount will be credited directly to your PayPal account, which you can add in the dedicated Cashback section of your profile.

If no VideoSpot is available, the system will show between 1 and 4 images instead, possibly in carousel format.
Do users need to download an app?
No, they don’t have to — but they can if they wish.
Our app is available on Google Play, but both users and businesses can fully use ScratchScratch directly online, without installing any software.
Everything is accessible from any browser, on both desktop and mobile.
Why do some users see products/prizes and others don’t?
The visibility of products and prizes on ScratchScratch depends on several criteria set by each business.
Companies can choose who sees their offers by applying filters based on location, gender, and age group.
For example:
a women’s clothing store might decide to show its prizes only to female users within a specific age range.
In that case, men or women outside that range won’t see those products.
Additionally, a promotion may be expired, sold out, or not yet active in a particular area.
Are there any restrictions on allowed business categories?
Yes, there are some restrictions.
ScratchScratch does not accept businesses operating in sensitive, illegal, or non-aligned sectors.
Excluded categories include, for example:

- pornography or adult content,
- sale of weapons or prohibited substances,

For example, if a user chooses to exclude the “Clothing” category, the system will not display items related to clothing, shoes, fashion accessories, and so on.
Thanks to this dual system — business filters + user preferences — ScratchScratch’s algorithm only shows content that is truly relevant to each user.
Can I offer discounts on my products?
Yes, businesses can offer discounts on their products, but only through the Call to Action that appears after the game if the user doesn’t win.
The discount can be freely set (e.g. 10%, 30%, 80%) and is meant to encourage purchases even when the prize isn’t won.
However, the products offered through the Cards/Games must always be completely free for users.
These prizes represent the cost of advertising, in exchange for visibility and potential sales.
Can I offer purchase vouchers?

How can I know how many users are registered on ScratchScratch?
From your private dashboard (back end), you can see in real time how many users are registered in your province.
Based on your account settings and applied filters, you’ll view data related to the users who can see your products.
Who decides the winning percentages?
The winning percentage is set directly by the business, for each individual product.
💡 For transparency, the odds of winning are always visible to users.
We’ve defined default minimum thresholds based on the commercial value of the prize, but each business is free to adjust them:
- For example, for a €100 prize, the default winning percentage is set at 1 in 10,000 plays.
The business can choose a higher chance, such as 1 in 3,000 or 1 in 6,000.
- For a €1,000 prize, the default is 1 win every 100,000 plays.

The business decides how many products to make available for each Card/Game, and consequently how many winners there will be.
What are virtual branches?
In the Branches section, you can preset the system by selecting provinces or European countries where you want to promote your business, choosing them as Virtual Branches.
While creating each Card/Game, you can confirm or adjust these settings, deciding where it will be visible and therefore which areas your products will target.
Do I have to ship the prizes won by users?
You only need to ship the prize if you promote your Cards/Games in provinces or European countries where you don’t have a physical location or retailers.
In that case, upon receiving the winning notification, you must contact the user (via email or phone) to get their shipping address—just like a regular online sale.
📍 If the prize is won in a province or country where you have a physical branch or retailer, the user must collect the prize in person, by showing the winning coupon at your location.
📌 If you have multiple registered locations in the same province, the user can choose where to pick up the prize.
Tracking and shipping
If you promote your business and products in provinces or European countries where you don’t have a physical location or resellers, you’ll need to ship the product to the winner, just like a regular online sale.
📧 You will receive an email notification in case of a win, which allows you to contact the winner to request their physical address for shipping.
📦 Once the prize has been shipped, you must enter the tracking code, which will be visible to the user in their personal area.
This way, the winner can track the shipment of the prize.
How long do users have to claim their prize?
Winning users have 10 days to go to your location and claim their prize.
After that period, you are no longer required to deliver it.

Can I add conditions for winning my products?
In the back end, when creating your Card/Game, you can set specific parameters (around 6 or 7), including any special conditions or exclusions.
📌 However, you cannot set discriminatory requirements, such as “You must already be a customer.”

- exclude drinks,
- exclude dessert,
- or even limit the prize availability by excluding Saturday evenings.

Yes. You can purchase click packages using prepaid cards,
and we offer discounted rates for packages starting from 100,000 clicks and up.
Can I pay by bank transfer?
No, unfortunately bank transfers are no longer supported,
as they require additional manual work and processing costs.
Instead, you can use a credit card or prepaid card for pay-per-use payments:

Can I pay monthly?

From your back-end reserved area, you can see in real time how many Impressions (not billed) your business is receiving, when and how many clicks it is generating, and consequently the amount accrued that you will need to pay.

My company has locations in multiple provinces — how do I publish products/cards?
Once registered, our system allows you to add physical addresses, even multiple ones within the same province, wherever you have a store or a business location.
Even if you have physical locations abroad (Germany, France, England, Spain), or if you want to promote your business in those countries, you can do so by selecting them as Virtual Locations.
Users will be able to choose where to collect the prizes they win at the physical locations you’ve added.
For users located in provinces or countries where you don’t have a physical location, you’ll need to ship the product to their home, just like a regular online sale (in this case, make sure you’ve included shipping costs in the commercial value of the product).
When you create a Card/Game, you choose in which provinces or European countries to publish it.

No hidden costs! You only pay for the clicks you receive. Impressions are not charged.
Can I list any product or service?
Yes. You can list any product or service, except for the categories of products that are not allowed.
Are there any value limits for products/prizes?
There is no limit to the value of the product/prize.

Are the winning products and users published?
Each product won will be published as a “Story” on our Instagram and Facebook social media pages (in full compliance with privacy regulations).

The post will include the company name and an image of the featured product, along with a clear call to action.
