🚀 Strategic Roadmap – ScratchScratch
This section outlines the strategic roadmap of ScratchScratch, detailing the planned steps to consolidate and grow the platform throughout 2026–2027. Each phase is built on concrete and sustainable goals, both operationally and commercially.
The plan is not based on abstract assumptions, but on what the platform is already capable of today: a solid, functional, multilingual structure open to users and businesses across Europe. The proposed actions enhance the existing system and aim for achievable results.
📌 Operational Roadmap 2026
- Q1 2026: Expansion into at least 5 new Italian provinces through selected local partners.
- Q2 2026: Progressive onboarding of 100 European e-commerce businesses with active prizes visible in multiple countries.
- Q3 2026: Surpassing the threshold of 10,000 registered users with verified profiles and active play.
- Q4 2026: Reaching 300 active local businesses including hair salons, restaurants, beauty centers, and small territorial companies.

📌 Consolidation Goals 2027 – Quarterly Targets
- Q1 2027: Active presence in 10 provinces, 500 registered local businesses, 115 published e-commerce stores, 13,000 active users, 20,000 valid clicks.
- Q2 2027: Expansion into 2 additional countries (e.g. France, Germany), 800 total local businesses, 125 active e-commerce stores, 16,000 users, 300 reviews collected.
- Q3 2027: Active presence in at least 3 countries, 1,200 local businesses involved, 140 e-commerce stores, 18,000 registered users.
- Q4 2027: Surpassing the threshold: 1,500 local businesses + 150 active e-commerce stores + 20,000 registered users.
🎯 Sustainable Approach
All figures represent a realistic working hypothesis, based on current data and the already operational infrastructure. The value of the initiative grows with the direct involvement of local stakeholders: users, businesses, partners.
The platform is ready to support growth with tools already in place: multilingual back office, AI support, cashback, product/prize system, geolocated visibility, performance-based partner network, optimized SEO content, and trackable campaigns.
This roadmap is not a static document, but a development framework that can be adapted based on the actual evolution of the project and investor engagement.
